I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were recently renovated, clean, and comfortable, which made my stay pleasant. However, the service at check-in felt rushed and lacking acknowledgment for elite members. The breakfast options were also disappointing, not meeting the standards I've come to expect from similar hotels.
